Four-time Olympian Emily Seebohm and her famous TV partner Ryan Gallagher have made low-key announcements upon the arrival of their new baby.
Seebohm is a champion Australian swimmer while Gallagher is a former Married At First Sight contestant, but the couple met on the set of reality TV show, The Challenge.
They confirmed their engagement in March this year after going public with their relationship last December.

And in July this year they told the world that they were expecting with a stunning – and in Gallagher’s case somewhat hilarious – video.
With a simple post on her Instagram page, Seebohm published a photo of a tiny baby’s hand next to hers, and said: “He’s here 💙”

She had also revealed previously that the pregnancy had been a little “rough” and “awful”.
Only last month she said at an event: “I just call myself Shrek these days,” in reference to her swollen feet. Fortunately for the couple, that is now in the past and they are basking in the joy of a gorgeous, new-born baby.

Seebohm also explained why they settled on the name Sampson.
“Obviously we didn’t want something super crazy,” she said.
“But we wanted something that was going to be unique.”
Swimming greats, TV stars, and friends were quick to send their wishes.
